1 Yellow Cake Mix or French Vanilla
1 Package Instant Vanilla Pudding
4 Eggs
3/4 Cup Oil
3/4 Cup Sherry (Cream)
1 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 Cup Chopped Pecans

Mix all together for 5 minutes and bake in Bundt pan at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar.
