| 1 Yellow Cake Mix or French Vanilla |
| 1 Package Instant Vanilla Pudding |
| 4 Eggs |
| 3/4 Cup Oil |
| 3/4 Cup Sherry (Cream) |
| 1 Tsp. Nutmeg |
| 1 Cup Chopped Pecans From the kitchen of Sandi Smith |
Mix all together for 5 minutes and bake in Bundt pan at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar.
