1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder |
2 Eggs |
1 Cup Cooking Oil |
2 Tsp. Vanilla |
2 Cups Shredded Raw Zucchini |
Nuts and/or Raisins |
Combine Dry ingredients and then add eggs, oil, and vanilla. Fold in nuts and/or raisins.
Pour in greased muffin tins.
Bake 350° for 30-40 minutes.
