2 Cups Sugar
3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Soda
1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1 Cup Cooking Oil
2 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Shredded Raw Zucchini
Nuts and/or Raisins

Combine Dry ingredients and then add eggs, oil, and vanilla. Fold in nuts and/or raisins.

Pour in greased muffin tins.

Bake 350° for 30-40 minutes.
