1 1/2 Cup of Sugar |
1/4 Cup Flour |
1/4 Tsp. Salt |
1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg |
3 Cups 1/2 ” Cut Pieces of Rhubarb |
1 Cup Sliced Strawberries |
Mix first four ingredients together. Add fruit and mix well. Let mixture stand for 20 min.
Spoon into uncooked pie crust. Dot with butter. Moisten edges of pie crust.
Bake at 400° 40-45 min.
