3 Large Flour Tortillas at Room Temperature
1/4 Lb. Cheddar Cheese
4 Oz. Softened Cream Cheese
4 Oz. Sour Cream
3 Green Onions Chopped
2 Oz. Chopped Green Chilies Drained
1 -1 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Place cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl, and mixx with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in cheese, green onions, green chillies and seasonings.
Lay out the tortillas and divide the mixture evenly in the center of each one. Spread mixture fairly thin and evenly on tortillas to within 1/8 of edge.
Tightly roll each tortilla up jelly roll style and wrap each in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, slice in 3/4 inch rounds and arrange on a serving platter. You may serve with sals.
