8 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Thighs
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Water
2 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Clove CrushedGarlic
1 Tsp, Ground Ginger
Diced Green Onion
Combine all ingredients except chicken and onions. Whisk together. Place chicken thighs into a large ziploc bag and pour the soy sauce mixture over chicken. Seal the bag and toss to get the chicjen fully coated. Let sit at least 60 minutes or more to marinate.
Use a Ninja BBQ and follow directions to cook chicken. Usually 20 minutes at 375°. Remoove when the temperature is 165 °. Remove and serve with diced green onions.
