1 Package Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water
3 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup OIl
Butter
Preheat oven to 425°. Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
Combine flour, sugar and salt and mix together in large bowl.
Add yeast mixture and oil to flour mixture and use a wooden spoon, to stir until all is mixed together.
Oil your hands and lightly knead the bread mixture for five minutes until smooth and elastic.
Grease a loaf pan, form the dough into a loaf and place into pan. Spread butter on top of loaf.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden on top. Place on cooling rack and slice when cooled.
