3 Pound Boneless Pork Loin or Shoulder
2 Onions Sliced
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
2 Cups Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper

Trim pork of any excess fat. Scatter onion over bottom of slow cooker and place pork on top. Add broth and all other ingredients, cover and cook on low until very tender, about 8 hours. Remove meat and let cool.
