5-6 Large Peaches Sliced
1/4 Cup Sugar
Topping
1/2 Cup Butter Melted
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
Preheat oven to 350°. Butter a 9 X 13 inch pan. Add sliced peaches and sugar and mix in pan.
Mix the melted butter, sugar, vanilla, flour, baking powder, and salt until they form a cookie like dough. Place scoops of this mixture over the top of the peaches. Spread as much as possible.
Bake for 30 minutes and sprinkle the top with the brown sugar. Bake another 10-15 minutes. Let stand for 20-30 minutes before serving with ice cream.
