2 Cups Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
3 Eggs
2 Bananas Mashed
1 Orange Zest & Juice
Glaze
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Orange Zest & Juice
Preheat oven to 350° and spray a bundt cake pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
In a medium bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl whisk together the sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs. Add the mashed bananas, orange zest,and orange juice to the wet ingredients and mix well. Slowly combine the wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until everything is just combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for about 10 minutes before flipping onto serving plate.
Glaze:
In a small bowl combine powdered sugar and the juice of one orange (about 3 Tbsps.). Whisk until powdered sugar is dissolved and glaze is smooth. Drizzle over cake and top with orange zest for garnish.
