1/2 Cup Butter |
2 Pounds thawed frozen hash browns |
1 tsp. Salt |
1/2 tsp. Pepper |
2 Tbsp. Dried minced onion |
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup |
2 Cups grated mild cheddar cheese |
2 Cups Sour Cream |
2 Cups Crushed Corn Flakes |
1/4 Cup Melted Butter |
Fry hash browns in 1/2 cup of butter until butter is mixed with hash browns. Place hash brown in 9 X 13 casserole. Mix next six ingredients in a bowl and pour over hash browns. Top with corn flakes and melted butter.
Bake at 350°F for 45 Minutes
