2 Cups Chopped Celery
1 Tbsp Chopped Onion
1 Large Jar Pimento
3/4 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 Cup Mayonaise
1/2 Tsp. Salt
4 Cups Cut up Cooked Chicken
2/3 Cup Chopped, Toasted Almonds
1 Cup Grated Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Crushed Potato Chips

Mix all ingredients except potato chips. Put into greased 9 X 13 pan. Cover with potato chips.

Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

Variation: Add 4 hard boiled eggs chopped.
