2 Cups Chopped Celery |
1 Tbsp Chopped Onion |
1 Large Jar Pimento |
3/4 Can Cream of Chicken Soup |
3/4 Cup Mayonaise |
1/2 Tsp. Salt |
4 Cups Cut up Cooked Chicken |
2/3 Cup Chopped, Toasted Almonds |
1 Cup Grated Cheese |
1 1/2 Cup Crushed Potato Chips |
Mix all ingredients except potato chips. Put into greased 9 X 13 pan. Cover with potato chips.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
Variation: Add 4 hard boiled eggs chopped.
