1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Cornmeal
1/4 Cup Sugar
4 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Oil

Stir first five ingredients, add eggs, milk and oil. Beat with mixer just until smooth. Don’t overbeat. Bake in 9 X 9 inch pan at 425° for 20-25 minutes. 8 servings
