6 or 8 Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 1 Lb. Packages Cooked Chopped Broccoli
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Buttered Bread Crumbs with Garlic Salt

Fry chicken (skinless) in butter. Mix soups, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, and lemon juice. Put cut-up chicken on bottom of 9″ X 13″ pan. Cover with broccoli. Pour soup mixture over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 325° for one hour. May be made ahead and refrigerated, but then bake longer.
