1 Cup Packed Fresh Basil Leaves

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 Tsp. Salt

1/4 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper

1 Clove Garlic

3 Cups Cherry Tomatoes Halved

8 Oz. Mozzarella Cheese Pearls

Place basil, oil, vinegar, salt, crushed red pepper, and garlic in a mini food processor. Process until combined, about 1 minute.

Combine tomatoes and mozzarella in a large bowl. Toss with the dressing and let stand at room temperature or 10 minutes. Garnish with additional basil leaves, if desired.
