1 Pound Steak, Cubed

3 Cups Sliced Mushrooms

3 Green Onions Chopped

6 Tbsp. Butter

3/4 Cup Sherry

1/4 Tsp. Thyme

1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

3/4 Cup Consome/Beef boullion

1 Tsp. Salt

1 Cup Sour Cream

Cooked Noodles

Simmer steak, onions, and mushrooms in butter and sherry until 1/4 cup of liquid remains. Add thyme, salt, consome and cornstarch. Cook until liquid thickens. Just before serving over noodles add sour cream.
