1 Lb. Pitted Dates
1 Lb. Sliced Bacon, cut in half
4 Oz. Blue Cheese or Any Variety of Boursin Cheese
Preheat oven to 375°.
Place cheese in opening for pit and close. Wrap a half slice of bacon around the outside. Secure with a toothpick. Arrange on a cookie sheet with sides.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes in oven or until bacon is crisp. Turn dates over after the first 20 minutes for even cooking.
