| 6 or 8 Boneless Chicken Breasts |
| 2 1 Lb. Packages Cooked Chopped Broccoli |
| 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup |
| 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup |
| 1 Cup Mayonnaise |
| 1/2 Cup Milk |
| 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice |
| 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| 1/2 Cup Buttered Bread Crumbs with Garlic Salt |
Fry chicken (skinless) in butter. Mix soups, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, and lemon juice. Put cut-up chicken on bottom of 9″ X 13″ pan. Cover with broccoli. Pour soup mixture over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 325° for one hour. May be made ahead and refrigerated, but then bake longer.
