| 2 Cups Cooked Rice |
| 2 Egg Yolks Beaten (beat egg whites separately to use later) |
| 1/2 Cup Melted Butter |
| 1/2 Tsp. Salt |
| 4 Chopped Green Onions |
| 1 Chopped Green Pepper |
| 2 Cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese |
| 2 Cups Milk |
| 1 Can Mushroom |
| 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup |
Mix all ingredients except beaten egg whites and mushroom soup in a casserole dish. After all other ingredients are mixed together, fold in beaten egg whites and bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until knife comes clean. Remove from oven and spread mushroom soup over top. Return to oven until mushroom soup is hot.
