Meat Sauce
| 1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef Browned |
| 16 Oz. Can Diced Tomatoes |
| 1 Small Can Tomato Sauce |
| 1 Small Can Mushrooms |
| 2 Tsp. Sugar |
| 2 Tsp. Salt |
| 1 Tsp. Oregano |
| Garlic to Taste |
| 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| Noodle Sauce |
| 5 Oz. Noodle Cooked & Drained |
| 3 Oz. Cream Cheese |
| 1 Pint Sour Cream |
| 6 Green Onions Chopped |
Simmer the meat sauce ingredients for 10 minutes. Layer in 9X12 ” pan. Meat sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, and noodle sauce. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Best served very hot.
