| 1 Package Yeast |
| 3 Cups Flour |
| 2 Tbsp. Sugar |
| 1 Tsp. Salt |
| 2 Tbsp. Butter |
| 1 Cup Water |
| 2 Stiffly Beaten Egg Whites |
| 1 Tsp. Water |
Whip egg whites until stiff and set aside. Put all other ingredients into bowl of bread maker. Select French Bread and push “Start”. Once all ingredients are mixed and moist, dump in the 1 Tsp. water mixed into the egg whites and proceed as instructed by bread maker.
