4 Eggs |
3 Cups Sugar |
1 Quart Buttermilk |
5 Cups Flour |
1 Cup Vegetable Oil |
6 Cups Bran Cereal (Raisin Bran) |
5 Tsp. Baking Soda |
1 Tsp. Salt |
In large bowl beat eggs and sugar. Stir in buttermilk, cereal, flour, oil, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Refrigerate at least six hours before using. Can be stored in refrigerator for up to six weeks. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes. Makes 5-6 dozen. You could add nuts, dates, pineapple, etc. |
