1/4 Cup Fine Sugar |
1/4 Cup Water |
3 Limes |
1 1/2 Cup Rum |
3 Cups Club Soda |
10 Mint Leaves |

Mix sugar, water, mint leaves and limes in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
To serve: Use 2 tsp. sugar mixture, 2 oz. each rum and club soda. Serves 6
