3 Large Yams

2 Tbsp. Honey

1 Tbsp. Red-Pepper Flakes

3 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1/2 Tsp. Paprika

Salt

1/2 Cup Greek Style Yogurt

Freshly Ground Pepper

4 Tbsp. Lime Juice

2 Scallions

Cut the yams lengthwise into 1/2 inch thick spears, Put them in a large bowl or plastic bag and toss them with the honey, 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes, & 2 tablespoons of the olive oil. Let sit for about 10 minutes, tossing once or twice to coat.

Preheat grill to 400°.Transfer to a greased BBQ vegetable tray. Grill 2 minutes per side and cook on edge of BBQ.

In small bowl, combine yogurt, lime juice, and remaining tablespoon of olive oil in small bowl. Whisk to combine, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

When the yams are soft when pierced remove them from the BBQ and transfer to a serving platter, drizzle the yogurt over them and garnish with the remaining pepper flakes and scallions.
