1 Red Pepper cut into small pieces |

3 Heads of Romaine Lettuce |
2 cucumbers diced |

10 Oz. Artichoke hearts cut in bite size pieces |
1 cup sliced Greek Olives |
Marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing, red peppers, and soy sauce. Grill chicken and cut into bite sized pieces.
Mix olive oil and white white vinegar with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste.
Mix all salad ingredients and chicken. Add dressing and mix. Serve.
