1 10 Oz. package frozen peas, thawed (3) |
1 Cup cauliflower florets |
1 Cup sliced celery |
1/4 Cup sliced green onions |
1/2 Cup fat-free ranch salad dressing (2) |
1/4 Cup fat-free sour cream (1.3) |
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed |
Salt |
Pepper |
1/3 Cup broken cashews (6) |
In large mixing bowl, combine peas, cauliflower, celery, and green onions.
In a small mixing bowl, combine salad dressing, sour cream, and dill weed.
Add dressing mixture to vegetables, toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Sprinkle with cashews just before serving. Serves 8.
