1/2 Cup Shortening |
1 1/2 Cup Sugar |
1 Egg |
2 Cup Flour |
1 Tsp Vanilla |
2 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder |
1/4 Tsp Salt |
1/2 Cup Milk |
2 Cup Huckleberries |
TOPPING |
1/2 Cup Sugar |
1/2 Cup Flour |
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon |
1 Cup Butter |
Mix topping ingredients together and set aside.
Cream shortening and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Alternate flour, baking powder and salt with milk. Spread out in 9 x 13 ” pan and sprinkle huckleberries over mixture. Add topping and bake at 350° for 45 -50 minutes.
