1 Lb. Asparagus Spears Trimmed |
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil |
3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese |
2 Cloves Garlic Minced |
1/2 Tsp. Salt |
1/2 Tsp. Pepper |
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice |
Preheat oven to 425°F. Drizzle asparagus with oil in large bowl and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper and toss again. Arrange asparagus in single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Bake until just tender, 12-15 minutes depending on thickness. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
