1 Tbsp. Chopped onion |
1 Small garlic clove minced |
2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing |
3 Cups small cauliflowerets |
2 Tbsp. Chopped green pepper |
1/8 tsp. dried basil crushed |
1 Cup cherry of grape tomatoes halved |
In saucepan cook onion and garlic in salad dressing until onion is tender (about 2 minutes). Add cauliflower, 1/4 cup water and 1/2 tsp. salt. Cook covered on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add green pepper and cook until cauliflower is tender (about 5 minutes more). Stir in basil and add tomatoes. Heat through. Makes about 6 servings.
