Vegetable and Hamburger Soup
1 1/2 Pound Hamburger

Brown hamburger and add other ingredients. Cook for a couple of hours. Season with salt and pepper.

 

 

 

 

1 Onion cut in chunks
4-5 Potatoes in chunks
1 Large Can Tomatoes
1 Whole Cabbage Diced
5-6 Stalks of Celery Chopped
3-5 Cloves Garlic
2 Cups of Beef Broth/Bullion

Clam Chowder
4 Slices Bacon

Fry bacon in soup pot, remove from pot and break into pieces. Set aside. Put the next eleven items into the soup pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Place all in a blender and mash. Put the clams and nectar in a skillet and simmer for three minutes. Put clams and mashed vegetables into soup pot and add half & half. Warm and serve.

3 Green Onions Chopped
5 Medium Potatoes cut in 1/2 " cubes
2 Tbsp. Green Pepper
1 Stalk Celery Chopped
1 Carrot cut in slices
1 Clove Garlic
2 Cups Water
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1 Tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
4 Drops Liquid Hot Pepper
2 Cups Clams
1 Pint Half & Half

Creamy White Chili
1 Lb. Boneless Chicken Breast

In soup pot saute chicken, onion, and garlic until chicken loses its pink color. Add beans, broth, chillies and spices. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream and cream. Serves 7.

1 Medium Onion Chopped
2 Tsp. Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Oil
2 Cans White Beans, rinsed & drained
14 1/2 Oz. Chicken Broth
2 Cans Chopped Green Chillies
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Ground Cumin
1 Tsp. Dried Oregano
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Cayenne
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
