Sandi's Jubilant Jell-O Salad  
1 3 Oz. Package orange Jell-O

Dissolve Jell-O in thawed Cool- Whip. Drain
oranges and pineapple. Add these and the cottage
cheese to the Cool-Whip. Refrigerate before
serving.

Crunchy Pea and Cashew Salad
1 10 Oz. package frozen peas, thawed (3)

In large mixing bowl, combine peas, cauliflower, celery, and green onions. In a small mixing bowl, combine salad dressing, sour cream, and dill weed. Add dressing mixture to vegetables, toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Sprinkle with cashews just before serving. Serves 8.

Try adding water chestnuts.

1/2 Cup fat-free ranch salad dressing(2)
1/4 Cup fat-free sour cream (1.3)
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

Broccoli Salad
3 stalks broccoli

Add first set of ingredients in large bowl. In small bowl mix dressing ingredients. Toss dressing and vegetable mix.

 

 

 

1 Cup sunflower seeds
1/2 Cup golden raisins
1 small red onion cut in rings
2 strips bacon crumbled
Dressing
1 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Cup sugar (scant)
2 Tbsp. vinegar
