Meat Sauce |

Simmer the meat sauce ingredients for 10 minutes. Layer in 9X12 " pan.
Meat sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, and noodle sauce. Bake uncovered at 350¡ for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Best served very hot.

Bombay Turkey |
4 Tbsp. butter |
|
Heat curry in melted butter for 2-3 minutes. Add onion and cook till tender but not brown. Blend in flour, salt and pepper, stirring well. Add chicken broth and stir until boiling. Cook 2 minutes longer. Add cooked turkey and shredded lemon peel. Heat mixture to boiling.
Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in cashew nuts and pimiento. Serve turkey mixture over rice. Makes 4-6 servings. |

Beef Stew |
2 Tbsp. Oil |
|
Brown meat in oil. Add all ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Add potatoes, carrots, fresh green beans and simmer 30 minutes.
Gravy
1/2 Cup cold Water
1/4 Cup Flour
Shake and add to stew.
