Mom's Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion

Spray Dutch Oven with cooking spray and simmer onions and garlic until tender. Add ground beef and cook until redness disappears. Drain. Chop tomatoes in blender and add to ground beef along with all other ingredients except wine. Simmer 1 hour and add wine. Simmer 1 more hour. Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles and top with parmesan cheese.

 

 

 

 

 

1 Pound Ground Beef
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1 6-oz Can Mushrooms
1/4 Cup Parsley Flakes
1 8-oz Can Tomato Sauce
1 #2 Can Tomatoes (2 1/2 Cups)
1 Can Tomato Paste
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Sugar
2 1/2 Tsp. Salt
Pinch of Basil & Thyme
1 Cup Red Wine

Corn/Spaghetti Casserole
1 Pound Ground Beef

Brown ground beef and onions in skillet. When browned add tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, creamed corn and one cup cheese. Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Drain and pour cooked spaghetti in greased casserole dish. Pour ground beef sauce over spaghetti and top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is browned.

Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Can Creamed Corn
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cooked spaghetti to fill bottom of casserole

Chinese Tuna Casserole
1/2 Tsp. Seasoned Salt

Spray fry pan with cooking spray and cook celery, onions, and cashews with seasoned salt. In casserole dish mix tuna, Chinese noodles and cooked celery items. Add mushroom soup and water. Cover top with crushed potato chips and bake in 325° for 1 hour.

1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
