Fry chicken(skinless) in butter. Mix soups, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, and lemon juice. Put cut-up chicken on bottom of 9" X 13" pan. Cover with broccoli. Pour soup mixture over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 325° for one hour. May be made ahead and refrigerated, but then bake longer.
