Onion Bread Casserole
1 White Sweet Onion

Peel and slice onion. Cook in butter until tender. Set aside. Combine muffin mix, eggs, milk, corn and hot sauce. Turn into greased 8" pan. Add sour cream, salt, dill and 1/2 cheese to onion mix. Spread over batter. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 450° for 25-30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm.

1/4 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Corn Muffin Mix
1 Egg Beaten
1/3 Cup Milk
1 Can Creamed Corn
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Drops Hot Sauce
1/4 Tsp. Dill Weed
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Corn Bread
1 Cup Flour

Stir first five ingredients, add eggs, milk and oil. Beat with mixer just until smooth. Don't overbeat. Bake in 9 X 9 inch pan at 425° fro 20-25 minutes. 8 servings

1 Cup Cornmeal
1/4 Sugar
4 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Oil

Waffles
3 Eggs

Heat waffle iron while mixing batter. Beat eggs well, and add remaining ingredients beating until smooth. Pour onto hot waffle iron spreading to cover surface. Bake until steaming stops.

1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk
1 Tsp. Soda
1 3/4 Cup Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup soft Shortening
