1 pound powdered sugar | 1 Cup hot water |

Mojito |
1/4 cup raw sugar | | Mix sugar, water, mint leaves and limes in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. To serve use2 tsp. sugar mixture, 2 oz. rum and club soda Serves 6 |

Hurricane Cocktail |
4 Cup Passion Fruit Juice | | Mix all ingredients in gallon jug. Freeze. Thaw before serving and garnish with orange slice and cherry. |
