Hot Buttered Rum
Batter Serving
1 quart softened vanilla ice cream 1 Shot Rum
1 pound brown sugar 1 Tbsp. batter
1 pound powdered sugar 1 Cup hot water
1 pound butter ( may be 1/2 margarine & 1/2 butter) Nutmeg
2 Tbsp. Cinnamon Put rum and batter in cup. Add hot water and stir until batter is
Mix all ingredients with mixer and blend. Store in freezer. melted. Top with nutmeg.

Mojito
1/4 cup raw sugar Mix sugar, water, mint leaves and limes in sauce pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. To serve use2 tsp. sugar mixture, 2 oz. rum and club soda Serves 6
1/4 cup water
3 limes
1 1/2 Cup Rum
3 Cups Club Soda

Hurricane Cocktail
4 Cup Passion Fruit Juice Mix all ingredients in gallon jug. Freeze. Thaw before serving and garnish with orange slice and cherry.

 

2 Cup Orange Juice
1 Cup Lime Juice
1 Cup Simple Syrup
1 Cup Grenadine
4 Cup Light Rum
