Ronish Almond Roca
1 Pound Butter

 

 

Melt butter in cast iron skillet and add sugar. Cook on medium to medium high head and stir constantly. When mixture starts bubbling add the almonds. Continue stirring hard until mixture turns to a caramel color. Pour onto sheet cake pan and put chocolate bars on top to melt.
